"The Prodigal Duo were our band for our wedding (16/09/2023)! They played the night away and kept everyone on the dancefloor the entire night, ending the night with my favourite song! Our guests loved them and as did we! We would recommend The Prodigal Duo to anyone who needs a musician for their wedding. They are talented and honestly just good vibes, you can see they love what they do and play with soul. They were professional and showed up to our venue and set up without a fuss, provided microphones for our speeches and had some disco lights for the dancefloor. They made planning a wedding easier and put our minds at ease, even with a venue change! Thanks again PD for making our wedding so special and for helping us maintain good vibes throughout our wedding. Would recommend PD in a heartbeat!"

"Where to start??? Well, The Prodigal Duo were just FANTASTIC!!! They were so helpful from the very beginning to the very end. The guys arrived on time, started to set up without any fuss at all. In fact you wouldn’t even know they were there! They then played some live music whilst the tables were being cleared etc. They agreed to learn our first dance ‘Fall Into Me’ by Forest Black and it was PERFECT and INCREDIBLE. They kept playing live, without any break until around 0100hrs which is unheard of in the UK. All of our guests commented on how brilliant the band was. Thank you for helping to make our day so special!"

"These guys were amazing, like other reviews, all our guests were raving about them afterwards, about how they could go from Bruce Springsteen to Frank Sinatra with such ease and sound so good! Their rendition of Sweet Home Alabama was superb, especially as we had six people from Alabama in our wedding party. Even though I booked them for our wedding, my now wife had arranged with them in secret to sing a song with them for me and they made her feel relaxed and able to give a great surprise performance. Unfortunately we were running late with the wedding schedule so we weren't able to give them as much time as we would have liked (and probably them too) to play, but I would not hesitate to book these guys again. The only thing I would say thing to improve upon is replying quicker to email communication as this was the first time I had used FixTheMusic, but after having them play, everything truly was great. "They have been nothing short of perfect and have made the atmosphere in our wedding movie-like. "The Prodigal Duo were the most perfect wedding duo we could have asked for. Their set up with lights, speakers, mics etc. was brilliant and really high end. They are both extremely talented musicians and really good singers. Our friends and family loved them and their music, everyone was up on the dance floor, and everyone has been raving about them since the wedding. When we were asked to select songs to play pre-wedding, we did ask for no cheesy wedding music, however a cheesy song list was played early on in the night...much to the delight of our friends and family who couldn't get enough...so who are we to argue... They were extremely professional, friendly, humble and charming. We would highly recommend The Prodigal Duo for any celebration you have in Tuscany or the surrounding areas. Thank you both so much for giving us an evening we and our friends and family will never forget."

They had a saxophone player as well and the overall sound was great. They also provided a DJ service. They are friendly, professional and blew everyone away with their music!"

"The Prodigal Duo were absolutely amazing!! We couldn't be more pleased with their performance! They are really, really good. You know that I worried that they might overwhelm the small group that we were. It was quite the opposite. There was not a single moment after they began playing that the dance floor was empty. Because there was a slight threat of rain and it was cool outdoors (we originally hoped to party the night away on the patio & lawn) they set up inside the castle in a space that was perfect for our group size. Basically, we weren't this small group rattling around a giant room. The energy with only 20 guests was unbelievable! I can't tell you how many times the guest commented on how good and how much fun they were. And Ed - they didn't take a single break! They played nonstop from 9pm - midnight! I think they fed off our energy. They are two of the nicest guys - fun & humble, and they appreciated how much we loved them. They told me their favourite gigs are ones like ours where their music is appreciated, and not lost in the crowd. One of our guests commented - "who needs a big 8 piece band when you can get guys like this!" They are clearly able to gauge and to play for any size crowd. Another guest said - "you know it's a good party when everyone is up and dancing and having a blast - and the band does not have to resort to a single slow song." Needless to say, they far exceeded our hopes and expectations! It was so much fun!!"

"The Prodigal Duo were the perfect wedding band for us!! We did not have a wedding planner, but organized our wedding ourselves. Communication with the Prodigal Duo was very easy. They were flexible with special requests and generally very uncomplicated and self-sufficient. They know what they are doing! Music wise they played some songs during the ceremony - one of which they learned for us (amazing performance!!), they played some easy going acoustic sounds during aperitivo and for the party after dinner they really turned it up. Switching between these parts they did completely on their own. They have a great situational feel and know what to play. Needless to say they are great singers and musicians. Once they started playing different covers of worldwide famous songs we did not want to leave the dance floor! "Well, what can we say...the band were fantastic and completely exceeded our expectations. We communicated effortlessly from the UK with the band and no request was an issue. We were able to send over our full set list, many songs of which were already included in the band's own list but it was fantastic that they were able to accommodate our own selections. The band liaised with the venue which meant everything was prepared much without us needing to do anything! The band played with perfect timing during the ceremony and having the live music made it even more special. When it came to the evening, the band again were fantastic, amazing music and singing which we simply could not fault. Our guests were overwhelmed by how fantastic they were and wished they could continue into the night! The transition between live music then the DJ set took the night into the party mood and our guests loved requesting songs! We can not thank you enough for being everything we wished for (and more), we cannot recommend enough! Thank you to Fix the Music too, we were worried about booking a band online for a wedding abroad but were surprised at how easy you made it! I was particularly impressed that I could email and speak with a 'real' person who completely understood! Amazing service."
